The programs and activities of WGBI are intended to enhance members’ skills and experience, address challenges confronting the industry, and promote members’ career growth with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of women employed in the battery industry.

If you haven’t already signed up, search Women in the Global Battery Industry and send a request for membership. This group is reserved for WGBI members only.
Join a Subcommittee and Be Part of the WGBI Leadership
Join one of WGBI’s subcommittees and work with others to drive valuable member engagement and drive the group’s activities. Subcommittees typically meet once a month for about an hour. Your time commitment should not exceed two hours per month, and you will be able to help shape WGBI’s membership and future!
WGBI’s subcommittees include:
- Marketing (Rebecca Conway, Chair);
- Member Education (Angelika Mayman, Chair);
- Membership Recruiting (Teresa Grocela Rocha, Chair); and/or
- STEM Education (Negin Salami, Chair).
