Mentoring

The WGBI Mentorship Program brings members together in meaningful partnerships that support career growth, professional development, and connection across the global battery industry. Experienced professionals are matched with individuals who are early in their careers or new to the industry for a six-month mentorship cycle.

Benefits to participants include the development of lasting professional relationships, personal and career growth, exposure to fresh perspectives and new ideas, and the opportunity to have a trusted, objective sounding board for navigating your career path. Many past mentor-mentee pairs have chosen to continue their partnerships beyond the program — a true testament to the value this experience brings to our members.

We are actively recruiting both mentors and mentees from across our membership. Whether you are a seasoned professional ready to share your expertise or someone looking to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply. Matches are made by the WGBI program team based on experience, goals, availability, and compatibility. All applicants must be current WGBI members in good standing.
